Quick answers
When do I hear back?
In office hours, usually the same day. Texts are read daily until 9 p.m., and anything later is answered the next morning.
What do you need to book?
Your address, a phone number and a day that suits. We give you a two-hour window for the inspection.
Can I text a photo?
Yes. Put a coin beside a gap or droppings for size, and don't touch droppings with bare hands.
