Trapping and check visits
Snap traps in covered stations, with a check visit and a count of what is left.

Foundation, skirting and crawl-space work for rats, with the access we need to do it.
Rats and crawl spacesDroppings cleanup and insulation
Vacuuming and bagging in the affected area, and replacement of insulation that mice have matted.
Fall and spring checks
A return visit each fall and spring to look for new gaps before they open into a problem.
What we don't do
Outside our scope
Wildlife
Squirrels, raccoons and bats follow their own state rules. Call a licensed wildlife operator.
Insects
Ants, roaches, bed bugs and wasps need a general pest company.
Siding and carpentry
We patch a gap. Rebuilding rotted trim or siding is a carpenter's job.
Before the first hard frost
Book a fall inspection
Mice start looking for a way in when nights turn cold. An inspection now means the gaps are sealed before they do.
